LOL - same number 876-588-2901, on 5/9/2013. A man called. He had a heavy accent -difficult to understand even though he was talking slowly, almost like he was on drugs. He called claiming go be from some sort of lottery company, saying they sent paperwork to me a couple weeks ago, and needed to know if I trusted them to represent me. He insisted the prize was mine including a car etc... Riiiight. I asked if he was going to ask me to buy anything and he said no, and he again asked if he could represent me. Uh huh. I told him no, as I didn't know him at all, other than some guy on a random phone call. I THEN ASKED HIM TO TELL ME MY ADDRESS, since he said HIS COMPANY sent me a letter. His reply? "222 Nevermind." (Priceless!) I told him I knew it wasn't real, then, and he actually started cussing me out and threatening me and telling me that he had me by the balls! I told him that I had been recording the call (not true, but I wish it was) and that now that he had threatened me I would report it to the Federal Do Not Call list and then he really got some colorful language going. It was hilarious, seeing this LOSER SCAM ARTIST lose his composure.

Scam Alert. This person is posing as a Bank of America rep in Richmond Virginia as was trying to obtain identify info and other bank info from my Dad. I finally asked her which specific branch location she was calling from then hung up.

This is a scam targeting the elderly and the Apache and Navajo people. They are telling people they won a truck and money and sending them to local stores to wire large sums of money. Someone needs to scalp these bastards. They are receiving money under the name of Christina Upshaw who picks up money in Shiprock NM, Gallup NM, and Bloomfield NM.
